This study aimed to elucidate the life theme exploration experience of high school students who participated in a constructivist career group counseling program. To this end, interviews were conducted with high school students who participated in the group counseling program based on constructivist career theory, and the results were analyzed using thematic analysis. As a result of the analysis, five categories, ten subcategories, and 25 concepts were extracted. As a result of the analysis of this study, the categories were derived as ¡®discovering life theme through stories about myself¡¯, ¡®determining life theme through visualization work¡¯, ¡®gaining confidence in myself and my career path after discovering life theme¡¯, ¡®establishing career goals through stories about the future¡¯, and ¡®expanding career awareness through interaction¡¯. The implications and limitations of the research results and suggestions for follow-up research were discussed.
