초록
본 연구의 목적은 성찰일지 평가법을 활용하여 상담전공 학부생의 첫 상담실습 경험에 대한 성찰수준과 내용을 체계적으로 평가‧분석하는 데 있다. 3명의 평가자가 상담실습 과목 수강생 38명으로부터 수집된 112건의 성찰일지를 분석하였다. 성찰일지 평가법에 따라 수준 1에서는 성찰내용을 9 개 요소에 근거하여 평가하였고, 수준 2에서는 각 성찰일지를 성찰의 전반적 수준에 따라 3개 수준으로 평가하였다. 또한 내용분석을 통해 상담실습 경험에서 구체적으로 어떤 내용의 성찰이 일어나는지 살펴보았다. 성찰의 9개 요소에 대한 평가자 쌍 간 일치율은 53.6%~90.2%, Φ 계수는0.01~0.75, ICC(2,1) 값은 0.39~0.87 사이로 나타났다. 성찰일지 전반의 성찰수준에 대한 평가자 쌍간 일치율은 56.3%~74.1% 범위였으며 γ 계수는 0.63±0.12~0.86±0.06, 모든 평가자 간 ICC(2,1)는0.67로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상담실습 분야에서 성찰일지 평가법의 적용 가능성을 확인하고, 상담사교육에서 성찰일지 활용 방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to systematically evaluate and analyze the level and content of reflection on counseling major undergraduates' first counseling practicum experience using reflective journal writing assessment method. Three evaluators analyzed 112 reflective journals collected from 38 students enrolled in a counseling practicum course. According to the reflective journal assessment method, level 1 evaluation was based on nine elements of reflection, and level 2 evaluation categorized each journal into three levels based on the overall level of reflection. Additionally, content analysis was conducted to examine the specific content of reflection occurring during counseling practicum experiences. Percent agreement for the nine elements of reflection ranged from 53.6% to 90.2%, Φ coefficients ranged from 0.01 to 0.75, and ICC(2,1) values ranged from 0.39 to 0.87. Inter-rater agreement for the overall level of reflection in the journals ranged from 56.3% to 74.1%, with γ coefficients ranging from 0.63±0.12 to 0.86±0.06, and an ICC(2,1) of 0.67 among all evaluators. This study confirmed the applicability of reflective journal writing assessment in the field of counseling practicum and provided insights into the utilization of reflective journals for counselor education.
