The purpose of this study was to explore the digital stress experienced by middle-aged people while using digital devices or products. An online survey was conducted and data from 96 people was analyzed using CQR-M. The research results are as follows. Digital stress was largely divided into 6 areas and 18 categories. Six areas were identified: difficulty in accepting digital change, fear and anxiety about adaptation, information overload and fatigue, invasion of information security and privacy, digital overuse, internal isolation and relationship change.
