초록
본 연구의 목적은 마약중독자들이 인식한 부도덕적 성관념이 약물심각도에 미치는 영향에서 성인 애착 변수가 보호요인으로 유의미한 매개변수의 역할을 하는지 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 본 연 구는 비확률 표본추출 방법의 의도적 표집방법을 사용하여 마약중독에서 회복 중인 169명을 대상으 로 설문조사를 실시하고, 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 5부를 제외한 164부를 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부도덕적 성관념이 매개변수인 성인애착에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다 둘째, 부도적적 성관념은 종속변수인 약물심각도에 미치는 영향력도 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 성인애착은 부도덕적 성관념과 약물심각도에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것 으로 나타났다. 이는 부도덕적 성관념이 약물심각도에 직접적인 영향을 미침과 동시에 성인애착을 매개로 약물심각도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 마약중독자의 부도덕적 성관념은 성인들의 애착회피와 애착불안을 증가시키고, 이는 다시 약물심각도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 마약중독자들의 약물심각도를 줄이기 위해서는 성인애착과 같은 요인을 고려하 고 부도덕적 성관념을 낮추기 위한 사회복지적인 개입노력에 대해 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to verify whether adult attachment variables could serve as a significant protective factor in the impact of drug addicts' perceived immoral sexual attitudes on drug severity. This study conducted a survey on 169 people recovering from drug addiction using a purposeful non-probability sampling method, and analyzed 164 questionnaires, excluding 5 questionnaires that were answered insincerely. The main results of the study are as follows: First, the influence of immoral sexual ideas on adult attachment, which is a mediating variable, was statistically significant. Second, the influence of immoral sexual notions on the dependent variable, drug severity, was also statistically significant. Third, adult attachment was found to have a partial mediating effect on immoral sexual attitudes and drug severity. This shows that immoral sexual attitudes have a direct effect on drug severity, and at the same time, they affect drug severity through adult attachment. It can be seen that drug addicts' immoral sexual attitudes increase attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety in adults, which in turn affects drug severity. Based on the results of this study, in order to reduce the drug severity of drug addicts, factors such as adult attachment were considered and social welfare intervention efforts were suggested to reduce immoral sexual attitudes.
