초록
본 연구는 아동·청소년기 복합외상 경험과 대인관계 문제와의 관계에서 자기개념 및 부적응적인지적 정서조절의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 실시하였다. 이를 위해 성인초기에 해당하는 전국의 만 18세-29세의 남,녀 대학생과 졸업생 621명을 대상으로 연구를 실시 하였으며, SPSS 25.0과SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 아동·청소년기 복합외상 경험이 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 자기개념에 유의한 영향을 미치고 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 자기개념이대인관계 문제에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 자기개념은 아동·청소년기 복합외상경험과 대인관계문제 간의 관계를 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 이 중자기개념의 간접효과가 더 큰 영향력을 보인다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 두 변인을 외상연구의 치료적 자원으로 활용하고자 했으며 후속연구 및 제언을 논하였다.
This study tends to examine the mediating effects of self-concept and maladaptive cognitiveemotion regulation on the relationship between child and adolescent complex traumaticexperiences and interpersonal problems. In order to test this hypothesis, this study wasconducted with 621 male and female college students and graduates from universities in SouthKorea whose ages are from ages 18 to 29. The research analysis results are as follows. theresult of the analysis of the mediating effects of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation andself-concept on the relationship between child and adolescent complex trauma and interpersonalproblems showed mediating effect. Among these, it was confirmed that the indirect effect ofself-concept had a greater influence. This study sought to utilize the two variables as therapeuticresources in trauma research and discussed follow-up research and suggestions.
