The purpose of this study is to examine college students' smartphone addiction, mentalhealth, parenting, and adjustment to college life. Among 556 college students in S and Dregions, 82 copies that did not respond to the questionnaire were selected, and a total of 474copies were analyzed for correlation and regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program. Theresults of this study are as follows. First, it was found that there was a correlation betweensmartphone addiction, mental health, parenting, and college life adaptation of college students. Second, a study examining how college students' smartphone addiction, mental health, andparental care affect college life adaptation showed that college students' smartphone addiction,mental health, and parental care affect college life adaptation. Accordingly, in order to increasecollege students' satisfaction with school life, policies such as various educational programs andindividual and group counseling that can help them use smartphones, mental health, andparent-child communication and parenting attitudes need to be developed.
