COVID-19 ÀÌÈÄ Áý´Ü ½É¸®¹æ¿ªÀÌ ´õ¿í Áß¿äÇØÁü¿¡ µû¶ó Àα¸Åë°èÇÐÀû Ư¼º ¿Ü¿¡ »çȸÀû °í¸³°¨¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¥ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¿äÀο¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿¬±¸°¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.

This study was conducted to examine how social isolation changed before and after theCOVID-19 outbreak according to demographic characteristics and to provide evidence for thesearching of intervention measures to mitigate social isolation. To do so, we used panel datapublished by the Korea Institute of Public Administration and compared 2019 survey data with2021 survey data. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program. The 2019 surveydata represents the pre-COVID-19 situation and the 2021 survey data represents thepost-COVID-19 situation. The results of the study showed that overall social isolation increasedafter the COVID-19 outbreak but decreased for day laborers. Differences in social isolation werealso observed among groups categorized by gender, age, and education level. As thepsychological prevention of groups becomes more important after the COVID-19 outbreak, it isessential to investigate the various factors that can influence social isolation beyonddemographic characteristics.
