본 연구의 목적은 나노사회에서 나타나는 심리적 현상에 대한 주요 특성을 찾아내어 1인 가구의이해 및 개인화, 고립, 양극화 현상에서 나타나는 인간 존재의 심리적 본질을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내‧외 선행 연구들을 중심으로 문헌 연구방법으로 분석하였으며, 주요 연구문제는 나노사회의 핵심적인 심리적 현상은 무엇인지, 나노사회의 심리적 현상은 어디까지 영향을 미치고 있는지를 알아보는 것이었다. 본 연구결과 나노사회의 심리적 현상의 주요 키워드는 ‘외로움’이었으며, 만성적인 외로움은 수면 부족과 우울증, 스트레스, 질병 악화, 정신적 질병, 자살까지 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 연구의 시사점을 제공하고 임상적 통찰력을 제시하였다는데 학술적 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to provide the main characteristics of psychological phenomenain the nano society and to present the psychological nature of human existence in theunderstanding of single person households, individualization, isolation, and polarizationphenomena. As a literature research method, it was analyzed by focusing on previous domesticand foreign studies. The main research question was to examine what the core psychologicalphenomena of the nano society are and how far they affect them. As a result of this study, themain keyword of the psychological phenomenon of the nano society wasloneliness, and itwas found that chronic loneliness affects sleep deprivation, depression, stress, diseaseexacerbation, mental illness, and suicide. These results have academic significance in providingimplications for future research and suggest clinical insights.
