초록
본 연구는 D 대학 진로・취업지원 비교과 프로그램을 개선하기 위해 진로・취업역량 척도를개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰, 비교과 프로그램 실무자대상 개방형 설문응답 및 면담의 예비 연구를 통해 예비문항을 추출하고 내용 타당도 검증을 통해60개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 이후, D 대학 재학생을 대상으로 1차 설문조사를 실시하고, 556명의설문 응답 자료에 관한 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 5개 요인(진로 및 직업탐색, 진로설계, 구직기술, 실무능력, 진로콜라보)에 38문항의 척도가 개발되었다. 개발된 척도의타당화를 위해 D 대학 재학생 561명의 2차 설문 응답 자료에 대해 확인적 요인분석을 진행한 결과,모형 적합도가 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, DEU-GRIT의 진로적응 척도를 통해 준거 관련 타당도를확인하여 최종 척도를 완성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 진로・취업 비교과 프로그램의개선을 위한 활용 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop a career and employment competency scale andverify its validity to improve the career and employment support extracurricular program at DUniversity. To this end, preliminary questions were extracted through literature review, openquestionnaire responses, and interviews for practitioners of the extracurricular program, and 60preliminary questions were developed through content validity verification. After that, the firstsurvey was conducted on D University students, and item analysis and exploratory factoranalysis were conducted on 556 survey response data. As a result, a scale of 38 questions wasdeveloped for five factors (career and job search, career design, job search skills, practical skills,and career collaboration). To validate the developed scale, a confirmatory factor analysis of 561students from D University showed that the model fit was good, and the final scale wascompleted by confirming the validity of the criteria through the DEU-GRIT career adaptationscale. Based on this, the significance of this study and how to use it to improve theextracurricular program of career and employment were discussed.
