À̸¦ À§ÇØ ÀÎ½Ä º¯È­ÀÇ ³ë·Â°ú´Ù¾çÇÑ °æ·ÎÀÇ Áö¿ø È®´ë ¹× È«º¸¿Í °°Àº Àû±ØÀûÀÎ Àڻ쿹¹æ È°µ¿À» ÇØ¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, ÀÚ½ÅÀÇÁ¤½ÅÀû ¾È³çÀ» À§ÇØ »çȸÀû ÁöÁöü°è¸¦ Çü¼ºÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï Á¤Ã¥Àû ±â¹ÝÀÌ ¸¶·ÃµÇ¾î¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

This descriptive study aimed to identify the factors affecting suicide ideation according togender in adults aged 19 to 39 of a secondary analysis using the 2nd Korean medical paneldata. A total of 1,610 adults aged 19-39 who participated in the second Korean medical panelsurvey in 2019 and 2020 were selected as the final subjects. The factors affecting suicidalideation according to gender of the subjects were identified by logistic regression analysis. Based on the result of this study, anxiety was a significant factor in men, and in both men andwomen, subjective health status and mental health professional counseling were significantfactors related to suicide ideation. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to grasp and manage thecause of suicidal ideation between 19 and 39 years old through counseling and treatments ofdifferentiated mental health experts according to gender. To this end, active suicide preventionactivities such as efforts to change awareness, expansion of support for various channels, andpublicity should be done. In addition, a policy basis should be established to form a socialsupport system for their mental well-being.
