ÃÊ·Ï ¿­±â/´Ý±â ¹öÆ°

This study finds the correlation coefficient among mental health, school adjustment, and smartphone addiction and the correlation among sub-factors, and verifies that mental health affectsschool adjustment and that smart phone addiction plays the role of a mediating variable. Wecollected data that targeted mental health, smart phone addiction, and school adjustment of 438adolescents. We analyzed data with SPSS 18.0 and AM0S 20.0 programs, and verified thestatistical significance of the parameter estimated at .05 significant level. The results are asfollows. First, the significant correlation among variables of mental health, school adjustment,and smart phone addiction can be seen. Second, we analyzed the covariance structure ofwhether smart phone addiction plays the role of a mediating variable in the relationshipbetween mental health and school adjustment or not. And it is the proper structural model ofmental health, school adjustment, and smart phone addiction. In other words, smart phoneaddiction plays the role of a mediating variable in the relationship between mental health andschool adjustment as we assumed in this study. Finally, we suggest the educational implicationsand follow-up study drawn from this study results
