This study was conducted to examine how job-seeking anxiety perceived by college studentsin the COVID-19 pandemic situation affects mental health and to verify the moderating effect ofresilience in this relationship. For this study, the survey data of 201 college students who areabout to graduate were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, job-seeking anxiety, mentalhealth, and the resilience were all correlated. Second, job-seeking anxiety of college studentswas a factor affecting mental health, indicating that the higher the level of job-seeking anxiety,the higher the depression and the lower the level of hope. Finally, the moderating effect ofresilience was verified in the effect of job-seeking anxiety on mental health of college students. Therefore, for the mental health of college students in the COVID-19 pandemic, interventionsthat lower the level of job-seeking anxiety and improve resilience should be considered.
