The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of elderly care service orientation on servicesatisfaction, on the mediating effect of service quality. To verify this, caregivers working at 132senior service organizations in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and elderly users receiving services weretargeted. Exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis were examined for a total of 320copies, and the mediating effect was PROCESS macro. was analyzed using As a result of thestudy, first, it was verified that service orientation is a leading variable of service satisfaction. Second, service quality showed mediating effect on service orientation and service satisfaction. The higher the service orientation of the caregivers, the higher the service quality, which canfurther increase the service satisfaction of the elderly. Therefore, it is important for elderly careproviders to know what they are aiming for in providing services, and senior welfare institutionsneed education and compensation that can be applied to caregivers in the field.
