본 연구는 에너지치료의 하나인 사운드힐링을 소개하고 심리치료적 함의를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다.
이를 위해 첫째 보완대체의학에서 사운드힐링의 위치 사운드힐링의 전제 소리가 에너지 장을 , , ,치유하는 방식 인간의 생명 에너지 에너지 치료적 관점에서 건강하다는 것의 의미를 탐색하고 , ,소리의 치유 기제로서 소리가 가진 물리적 특성인 공명과 동조화의 원리 및 목소리만이 갖는 치유적특성을 살펴봄으로써 소리의 특성과 치유하는 힘에 대한 전반적인 이해를 도모하였다 둘째 사운드 . ,힐링의 다양한 기법들을 목소리를 통한 사운드힐링과 악기를 통한 사운드힐링으로 구분하여 소개하였다 셋째 사운드힐링을 심리치료적으로 적용할 수 있는 영역을 정리하고 치료적 함의를 제시 . ,하였다 본 연구는 심리치료 영역에서 생소한 분야인 사운드힐링을 알리는데 의의가 있다 . .
The purpose of this study is to introduce sound healing, which is one of energy therapies,and to examine its psychotherapeutic implication. To this end, first, overview of the position ofsound healing in complementary and alternative medicine, the premise of sound healing, theway sound heals the energy field, human life energy, and the meaning of being healthy fromthe energy therapeutic point of view was conducted. Also, healing mechanism of physicalsound by examining the principles of resonance and entrainment and the healing properties ofvoice were explored. Second, various techniques of sound healing were introduced by dividingthem into sound healing through voice and sound healing through instruments. Third, the areaswhere sound healing can be applied in psychotherapy were summarized and therapeuticimplications were presented. This study has significance in promoting sound healing, which isa new method in the field of psychotherapy.
