The purpose of this study is to research the counseling ethics experienced by vocationalcounselors to examine the differences due to the actual state of counseling ethics in the field ofvocational ethics and socio-demographic characteristics. The main conclusions of this study areas follows. First, among the counseling ethical problems experienced by vocational counselors,the most serious issue is that it is difficult for them to fully concentrate on counseling due toheavy administrative work. Lack of personal counseling or educational analysis, continuingcounseling despite the inability to expect further results, counseling focused on job placementfor their employment result are the problems that follow. Second, the experience of counselingethical problems due to socio-demographic characteristics was found greater with counselors inage of 20s-30s than those in their 40s or older, intermediate counselors than beginner orexperienced counselors, counseling or psychological majors than other majors, and privateinstitutions.
