The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effect analyze the predictors careeridentity, communication ability, and resiliece on air force cadet life satisfaction. A sample 742cadets of the in ROK Air force academy were subjected to data were analyzed with descriptivestatistics, pearson correlations and multiple regression by using the SPSS 20.0. The researchquestions were as follows. First, what are correlations among career identity, communicationability, resilience, and school life satisfaction in cadets? Second, What are the effects of careeridentity, communication ability, and resilience on school life atisfaction in cadets? The majorfindings of this study appeared as follows. The major findings of this study appeared as follows. First, there were significant correlations among career identity, communication ability,resilience, and school life satisfaction in cadets. Second, career identity was not found to besignificant in the influence of career identity, communication ability, and resilience of Air ForceAcademy cadets on cadet life adaptation, but communication ability and resilience were foundto be significant. Based on the results of this study, clinical implications, significance andlimitations of the study for counseling practice in cadet senior students and recommendationsfor further research were discussed.
