ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿¬±¸°á °ú¿¡ ±Ù°ÅÇÏ¿© ³íÀǸ¦ ÁøÇàÇÏ°í Èļӿ¬±¸¸¦ À§ÇÑ Á¦¾ðÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

This study aims to explore the mediating effect of which intolerance uncertainty was moderated through proactive personality in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career construction. To that end, this study conducted a questionnaire survey with the students enrolled in 12 colleges located in the capital and vicinity areas, and collected data from 532 students in total. The analysis results of this study are Firstly, the proactive personality has partially mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and career construction. Secondly, an moderated mediating effect of which a proactive personality mediating effect is being moderated by intolerance uncertainty appeared. These results suggest that an intervention is required for both improving the proactive personality and increasing the moderating capability of intolerance uncertainty in order to increase a career construction. Based on the study results thus far, this study proceeded with in-depth discussions further, thereby presenting the suggestions for follow-up studies.
