초록
본 연구는 카메라 등 이용촬영범죄 피해자의 심리적 충격을 조사하기 위해 총 180건의 성폭력 사례를 강간, 강제추행, 및 카메라 등 이용촬영범죄로 구분해서 외상 후 스트레스 증상과 우울 및 불안증상을 비교했다. 그 결과 외상 후 스트레스 증상은 강간집단이 강제추행집단보다 유의미하게 심각했으며, 카메라촬영집단은 강간집단과 유사하나 강제추행집단보다 유의하게 높지는 않았다. 강 간집단에서는 가해자가 전․현 애인이거나 낯선이일 때 증상이 심각한 반면, 카메라촬영집단에서는 가해자가 지인일 때 가장 심각했고 전․현애인일 때 덜 심각했다. 우울증상의 집단 간 차이는 유의하 지 않았고, 불안증상은 강간집단이 다른 집단보다 유의하게 심각했다. 우울과 불안 점수 모두 가해 자가 전․현애인일 때 유의하게 심각했다. 논의에서는 연구의 함의와 제한점을 살펴보았다.
This study aims to research the psychological impact of Image Based Sexual Abuse. To this aims, a total of 180 case of sexual violence were classified into rape, forced molestation, and IBSA, and the symptoms of post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety were compared. As a result, in the post-traumatic stress symptom the rape group showed a significantly higher than the molestation group, and IBSA group was located in the middle of the two groups. In rape group, the post-traumatic stress symptom was significantly higher when the perpetrator was a former or current lover or a stranger, whereas in the IBSA group, the highest when the perpetrator was an acquaintance and lowest when the perpetrator was a former or current lover. The difference between depression was not significant, and the anxiety was significantly higher in the rape group than in the rest of the groups. Both depression and anxiety were significantly higher in the case where the perpetrator was a former or present lover than in the case of a stranger or family member. The implications, limitations, and suggestions of the study were discussed.
