낙태 외상에 대한 심리상담의 필요성

<요 약>
본 연구의 목적은 낙태외상에 대한 올바른 인식을 통해 심리상담제공의 필요성을 알리는데 있다. 2019년 4월 11일, 헌법재판소는 형법상의 낙태죄에 대해 헌법불합치 판결을 내렸고, 2020년 12월까지 부분적 합법화 개정을 권고하였다. 이후 개정안이 논의되었으나 2020년 12월 31일 개정시한을 넘김 으로써 낙태죄는 사실상 폐지되었다. 그러나 다양한 보고를 통해 낙태의 법적 허용 여부와 상관없이 여성들은 정신적 고통을 경험한다. 보건복지부의 조사에도, 낙태 이후 여성들은 다양한 심리적 고통을 경험하고 심리상담의 필요성을 호소한다. 그동안 낙태가 대부분 은폐되어 왔기 때문에 정신적 고통에 대한 돌봄도 거의 없었다. 앞으로 낙태가 더 표면화될 것이며, 낙태의 고통을 호소하는 여성도 늘어날 것이다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 낙태외상에 대한 전문적인 심리상담이 충분하지 않다. 따라서 낙태 외상에 대한 상담사례를 살펴보면서, 낙태외상에 대한 심리상담을 보다 신속하고 적극적으로 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.

<Abstract>
The purpose of this study is to provide recognition and necessity of psychological counseling on abortion trauma. On April 11, 2019, the Constitutional Court of Korea ruled against the Constitution for criminal abortion and recommended partial legalization until December 2020. The amendments have been discussed, but the deadline has passed after December 31, 2020, the crime of abortion has been virtually abolished. However, through various reports, women experience mental pain, regardless of whether abortion is legally allowed. According to a survey by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, complained psychological counseling and they have experienced various psychological pains after abortion. Since most abortions have been covered up, there has been little care for mental pain. Abortion will surface from now on, and more women will complain of the pain. However, there is not enough professional psychological counseling on abortion trauma in Korea yet. Therefore, I hope that through counseling cases, we examine abortion trauma, provide psychological counseling on abortion trauma more quickly and actively.
