B½Ã 1°³ ´ëÇб³ÀÇ °£È£Çаú 3, 4Çгâ Çлý 113¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ¿¬±¸ÁøÇà±â°£Àº 2020³â 6¿ù 24ÀϺÎÅÍ 7¿ù 31ÀϱîÁöÀ̾ú´Ù. ¿¬±¸°á°ú, ù°, ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ Á¦ Ư¼º¿¡ µû¸¥ ÀÚ¾Æź·Â¼º Á¤µµ´Â Çгâ, °Ç°»óÅÂ, Á¾±³¿¡ µû¶ó Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. µÑ°, ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½Ê, Àü°ø¸¸Á·µµ, ÀÚ¾Æź·Â¼ºÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ ºÐ¼®ÇÑ °á°ú, ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½Ê¿Í ÀÚ¾Æź·Â¼º, Àü°ø¸¸Á·µµ¿Í ÀÚ¾Æź·Â¼º °£¿¡´Â °¢°¢ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¼Â°, °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ ÀÚ¾Æź·Â¼º¿¡ °¡Àå Å« ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀ¸·Î´Â ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½ÊÀÇ ÇÏÀ§¿äÀÎÀÎ °Ç¼³Àû »ç°íÀ̾ú°í, ´ÙÀ½À¸·Î Àü°ø¸¸Á·µµ, ÇгâÀÇ ¼øÀ̾ú°í, Àüü ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 36.4%À̾ú´Ù. µû¶ó¼ °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ ÀÚ¾Æź·Â¼ºÀ» ³ôÀ̱â À§Çؼ´Â °Ç¼³Àû »ç°í¸¦ ÇÔ¾çÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ±³°ú ¹× ºñ±³°ú ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇÏ°í, Çг⠺° Ư¼ºÀ» °í·ÁÇÑ Àü°ø¸¸Á·µµ¸¦ ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇÑ ´Ù¾çÇÑ Àü·«µéÀÌ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ®¾ß °Ú´Ù.

<Abstract>
This study was conducted to identify the influence of self-leadership and major satisfaction on the ego-resilience of nursing students. The subjects were 113 nursing college students in B city. The periods of this study were from 24th June to 31th July, 2020. There were significant differences in the ego-resilience depending on the grade, health status and religion among fellow students. There was a significant positive correlation between ego-resilience and self-leadership. Also, there was a significant positive correlation between ego-resilience and major satisfaction. The meaningful variables which influence the ego-resilience were constructive idea, major satisfaction and grade in order. These factors were responsible for 36.4% of the total variance in the ego-resilience of the nursing students, In conclusion, to increase the ego-resilience of nursing students, it is necessary to develop curriculum and non-curriculum programs and strategies to improve major satisfaction with considering grade among nursing students.
