  º» ¿¬±¸´Â °í°´ÀÀ´ë±Ù·ÎÀÚÀÎ ¿©Çà»ç ¿©Çà»óÇ° »ó´ãÁ÷¿øÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½Ê, ¸¶À½Ã¬±è, Á¶Á÷¾ÖÂø °£ÀÇ °ü°è¸¦ »ìÆ캽À¸·Î½á °¨Á¤³ëµ¿ÀÚµéÀÇ Á¶Á÷¾ÖÂø Çü¼ºÀ» À§ÇÑ È¿°úÀûÀÎ ¹æ¾ÈÀ» Á¦½ÃÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¿¬±¸¸¦ À§ÇØ ¼­¿ïÁö¿ª ¿©Çà»ç Á¾»çÀÚ¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¼³¹®Á¶»ç¸¦ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´°í, SPSS 23.0À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ¼öÁýµÈ 252ºÎÀÇ ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ºÐ¼®°á°ú ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½ÊÀº ¸¶À½Ã¬±è°ú Á¶Á÷¾ÖÂø¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Á¤(+)ÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡°í, ¸¶À½Ã¬±è ¶ÇÇÑ Á¶Á÷¾ÖÂø¿¡ Á¤(+)ÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î È®ÀεǾú´Ù. ÇÑÆí, ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½ÊÀÇ ÇÏÀ§ ±¸¼º¿ä¼ÒÀÎ ÇൿÀû Áß½ÉÀü·«, ÀÚ¿¬Àû º¸»óÀü·«, °Ç¼³Àû »ç°íÀü·«ÀÌ Á¶Á÷¾ÖÂø¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â¿µÇâ¿¡¼­ ¸¶À½Ã¬±èÀÇ ¸Å°³È¿°ú°¡ È®ÀεǾú´Ù. <Abstract>

  The purpose of this study was to provide an effective method for forming organizational attachment of emotional labors by examining the relationship between self-leadership, mindfulness, and organizational attachment for customer service labor. For the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for workers in travel agencies in Seoul, and the collected 252 copies were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. As a result of analysis, it was confirmed that self-leadership had a significant positive(+) effect on mindfulness and organizational attachment, and that Mindfulness also had positive(+) influence on organizational attachment. On the other hand, the mediating effect of mindfulness was confirmed in the effect of each of the three sub-factors of self-leadership on organizational attachment. The results suggest that appropriate efforts are needed to improve self-leadership and mindfulness in order to form an organizational attachment for customer service labors as emotional labor.
