<요  약>

본 연구는 교육실습 전·후 예비유아교사의 직업기초능력에 대한 인식 간의 차이와 교육실습만족

도와의 관련성에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학 재학 중인 유아교육과 학생 134명을 대상

으로 실습 전 ·후에 직업기초능력 설문지를 사전, 사후 실시하였고, 실습만족도 설문지는 실습 후

실시하였다. 조사기간은 2019년 5월 1일 부터 7월 10일 이었다. 연구결과 교육실습 전·후 예비유

아교사의 직업기초능력에 대한 인식은 직업기초능력 하위 6개 영역 모두에서 유의한 차이가 있는

것으로 나타났다. 교육실습 만족도 상위 집단은 하위집단에 비해 의사소통능력을 제외한 직업기초

능력 수준에 대한 인식이 유의하게 변화하였다. 실습만족도 상위 집단과 하위 집단의 교육실습 전·

후 인식 차이는 문제해결능력에서 가장 컸으며, 실습만족도 중 실습제도에 대한 만족도는 모든 직

업기초능력 영역의 인식 변화에 가장 긍정적 영향력을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

<Abstract>

This study was intended to analyze the difference in perception of basic vocational

competencies of which pre-service early childhood teachers pre and post student teaching and

relationship between changes in the perception of basic vocational competencies and student

teaching satisfaction. To this end, 134 college students in the Department of Early Childhood

Education were asked pre and post questionnaires for the vocational competencies. And student

teaching satisfaction questionnaire was conducted after student teaching. The data were

collected from May 1th to July 7th 2019. Studies have shown that there are significant

differences in the perception of pre-service teachers before and after student teaching in all six

areas of basic vocational competencies. Groups with highly satisfied in student teaching

experienced significant changes in their perception of the level of vocational basic skills,

excluding communication skills, compared to lower groups. The higher level of satisfaction with

student teaching has shown a significant increase in awareness of one's basic vocational

competencies compared to the lower group. The difference between the pre- and

post-experience perception of the upper and lower groups of students was the biggest in

problem solving ability, and the satisfaction of the student teaching system among the student

teaching satisfaction level was found to be the factor that most positively influences the change

of perception at all levels of basic vocational competencies.
