<Abstract>

 This study suggests a point of view for the development of tourism corporate by examining

how the Jobscape of tourism corporate employees effects on their organizational attachment.

Jobscape consists of physical environment, emotional environment and social environment. The

survey was conducted for tourism corporate employees on a total of 270 subjects, SPSS 23.0

was employed to conduct analysis. For each of the study questions, correlation analysis and

simple regression analysis were done. The results of this analysis are as follows: physical

environment(¥â=.225, p<.001), emotional environment(¥â=.386, p<.001) and social environment(¥â

=.320, p<.001) were found to have positive relationship with organizational attachment. These

results show that Jobscape should be treated as an important factor in management because

Jobscape plays an important role in determining organizational attachment.
