특기병의 가족건강성과 군생활 적응의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과

between Family Strengths and Military Life Adjustment of Specialist Soldiers

<요 약>

본 연구는 특기병의 가족건강성, 군생활 적응 간의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감이 매개효과의 역할

을 하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이는 D시에서 특기병 교육을 받는 228명을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하

여 상관계수, 구조방정식(SEM), Sobel-test을 통해 매개효과를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과

같다. 첫째, 특기병의 가족건강성, 학업적 자기효능감, 군생활 적응 간의 상관 결과는 모든 하위변인

에서 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특기병의 가족건강성과 군생활 적응의 관계

에서 학업적 자기효능감이 매개효과가 있는지 확인한 결과, 가족건강성, 학업적 자기효능감, 군생활

적응의 구조방정식 모형검증은 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가족건강성이 군생활 적응에 미

치는 설명력에 학업적 자기효능감이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결론은 가족건강

성과 군생활 적응의 상관에서 학업적 자기효능감이 주요한 변인으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 특기병들

의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 위한 교육 및 상담 개입 프로그램이 개발될 필요성을 제안한다.

<Abstract>

This study investigated how soldiers academic self-efficacy as an intermediary in relation to the

military life adjustment of solders perceived to have family strengths relationships. Methods of

through correlation analysis, structural equation modeling(sem), soble-test methods, and data

were analywed from 228 soldiers lcoated in Dae Jeon City. First, there were significant

correlations among family srrenghts, academic self-efficacy and military life adjustment. Second,

the subordinated factors in the family strengths, academic self-efficacy, and military life

adjustment regulation are also closely related in the statistically significant positive relationship

excepting academic self-efficacy. After conducting the Covariance Structure Analysis to verify the

mediating effect of academic self-efficacy in the relationship between the family strengths and

military life adjustment , we found that it was appropriate to explain our findings with the

structural equation model. when the family strengths has an effect on military life adjustment,

the academic self-efficacy partially influences this process. Finally, A strengths family is one of

the major factors academic self-efficacy in the military life adjustment correlation analysis. Such

results can contribute to the development of education and counseling intervention programs

designed to raise academic self-efficacy among soldiers.
