<Abstract>
The purpose of this study attempted to observe the mediating effect of job stress in the effect
of the emotional labor & professional perception of childhood teachers on their job burn out.
The results of this study are as follows. First, by conducting analysis to observe the
relationships among emotional labor, professional perception, job burn out and job stress as
perceived by childhood teachers, correlations were shown between emotional labor,
professional perception and between job burn out and job stress. Second, multiple regression
analysis was conducted to observe the effect of emotional labor and professional perception as
perceived by nursing teachers on job burn out. Third, observations made of the mediating effect
of job stress on the effect of emotional lobar, professional perception as perceived by childhood
teachers on job burn out showed that job stress does have a mediating effect. The results of
this study show that, to enhance the job burn out of childhood teachers, methods to reduce
emotional labor, professional perception as perceived by childhood teachers and decrease job
stress must be searched for.
