ÁÖÁ¦¾î ±àÁ¤Àû Á¤¼­ ºÎÁ¤Àû Á¤¼­ Á¤¼­Àû ¼·½Ä ÀýÁ¦Àû ¼·½Ä : , , , , BMI
<Abstract>
The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of eating behaviors in the
relationship between positive¡¤negative emotion and BMI with 3 BMI groups. A total of 449
university students were asked to complete the questionnaires. The results are as followings.
First, there was no significant correlation between positive¡¤negative emotion and BMI. and
there were different correlations between positive¡¤negative emotion and eating behaviors
between 3 groups. Second, over weight group reported higher scores on restraint eating
behavior than others. Third, the eating behaviors had no mediating effect on the relationship
between positive¡¤negative emotion and BMI in under-weight group. Emotional eating fully
mediated negative emotion and BMI in normal weight group, but the more they had emotional
eating behavior, the lower their BMI score was. and restraint eating fully mediated positive
