보육교사의 아동학대 발견 내용과 그 대처 행동에 관한 연구

<요 약>
본 연구는 보육교사의 아동학대 발견 경험과 그에 대한 대응에 주목하여 영유아를 대상으로 하는 ,
아동학대를 예방하고 조기에 발견하고자 하는 노력에 도움을 주는 것은 물론 보다 합리적이고 효과 ,
적인 대응 방안을 모색하는 학계의 연구에 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 데 연구의 목적을 두고자
하였다 연구 결과 성학대 및 방임에 대해서 발견의 경험이 적었으며 아동학대 상황을 목격하고 이를 . , ,
외부에 신고한 경우는 에 머물렀다 그리고 목격한 아동학대 상황에 대하여 기관 내에서 해결한 28.4 . ％
이유와 외부에 신고한 이유에서 예방교육 횟수 변인에 의해 차이를 보였으며 이는 영유아들과 교사 ,
와의 관계가 얼마나 직접적이고 지속적인가에 따라 혹은 영유아 보육에 대한 경험과 관심적 상황의 ,
유무에 따른 차이로 보인다.
이에 대하여 연구자는 아동학대 신고에 대한 대응체계에 보다 공공성이 강화되어야 함과 아동학대
신고 체계에 대하여 선진적 수준의 지원과 제도 면에서의 개선이 필요함 그리고 보육교사들을 대상 ,
으로 하는 아동학대 예방교육이 현실적이고 효과적인 방법으로 진화되어야 할 필요성을 제언하였다.

<Abstract>
This study focuses on teacher's the experiences of childcare children's find of child abuse and
the responses to them, and it helps to make efforts to prevent and detect child abuse in early
childhood. As a research purpose to provide basic materials for academia's research to find a
practical countermeasure. As a research data, there were few experiences fined for sexual abuse
and uncared, and only 28.4% reported the situation of child abuse and reported it to the
outside. And the difference in the number of preventive education depends on the reason why
the child abuse situation that was witnessed was resolved in the institution and the reason that
it was reported to the outside, which is how the relationship between children and teachers is
direct and sustained, or whether there is an experience and interest in early childhood care.
In this regard, the researcher needs that the public nature is strengthened by the system for
responding to child abuse declarations, and that the child abuse declaration system requires
support from developed countries and institutional improvements. It was suggested that child
abuse prevention education for children should evolve in a realistic and effective way.
